The most important aspect of F15 is self discipline.
We will provide the tools to help you monitor your progress and keep you on track each day throughout the programme.
Additional to the resources and materials provided in each pack, we have compiled an Excel Workbook so that you can input your meal plans and exercise regime for the 15 days ahead.
We do recommend forward planning: food shopping; food preparation; exercise planning and committment to the programme to ensure success.

This level is aimed at those who have already worked through the programme and built a considerable level of fitness, the diehard Fatburn Extreme posse and our members who attend two or more HIIT-inspired classes (Fatburn Extreme, Hatton ABC & Kettlercise) per week.

You'll learn intensive exercise regimes and more about supplement support, and you'll discover healthy recipes and lifestyle tips. All of this will push you to build a healthier, stronger and fitter you.
Firstly, we recommend that you find yourself a recommended local supplier of fresh fruit and vegetables. Since the demise of Fresh Idea Direct who delivered to Aberdeen on Tuesdays and Thursdays, we have been unable to source a reputable source of good quality fruit and vegetables. However there are other suppliers, we are still trialing and will advise as soon as the right one comes along.
Secondly, ensure you have a continuous supply of fresh chicken, fish and meat. We would have no hesitation in recommending Muscle Food for DPD scheduled delivery of fresh lean meat. There are many fresh fish outlets in Aberdeen and we are happy to recommend Blue Flag - Stell Road.
F15 includes exercise routines that you can do at home, in the office or out and about.
Naturally we recommend our 4 distinct and varied exercise classes: Powerhoop, Hatton ABC, Kettlercise and Fatburn Extreme - all of which you can find out about on this website.
Fourthly, download the 'My
Fitness Pal' app to your smart phone, tablet, PC and laptop. It
has all that you need to record your daily calorie intake and
exercise output.
