Please complete the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) prior to attending or subscribing to our classes.

If you haven't attended a class in person or on-line for 12 months then a fresh PAR-Q is required.

Kenny Moorhouse

As the Director of mgstudio fitness limited I am committed to bringing you fun, fullfilling and result focused group fitness classes.

I am a qualified Level 2 gym instructor who specialises in teaching: Fatburn Extreme; Powerhoop; Spin and Body Pump classes.

I have been teaching group exercise classes for 10 years and make exercising fun, enjoyable and rewarding.

Greg Fraser

I am a nationally qualified Boxing coach, qualified through Boxing Scotland & the SQA. I currently train current & ex-fighters through 1-1 sessions.

I am also an Elite-level qualified Hatton ABC | Boxing for Fitness instructor, certified through the former 4 time World Champion Boxer Ricky Hatton’s ‘Hatton Academy’.

The Hatton ABC certification and programme is fully accredited by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) & recognised by the British Boxing Board of Control.

I am also a qualified Kettlercise Instructor & run weekly classes.  

I currently hold a Level 1 Self Defence qualification through the UK’s no.1 combat training provider the ‘Combat Academy’.

Having originally spent 6 years training & competing in full contact Amateur Kickboxing, I then transferred to training & coaching in boxing, I have been coaching since Aug 2014. I have a wealth of experience and knowledge that I would like to pass on to others, through technical & high intensity boxing pad work.

Now qualified in teaching beginner & women’s self-defence I am looking to expand my clientele & welcome all new faces.

I strive to improve a person’s skills & body confidence through exercise & take great delight in seeing the transition from beginning to the end result.
