Powerhoop and FBX classes start on Monday 4th August at Altens Community Centre, Strathburn Street, Altens, Aberdeen, AB12 3SE.
Hatton ABC | Boxing for Fitness classes start on Monday 25th August and Wednesday 27th August at the same venue.
Powerhoop classes are £5:00 per class if you need to hire a Powerhoop and £4:00 per class if you bring along your own genuine Powerhoop bought from us.
FBX classes are £4:00 per class.
Pre-pay your Powerhoop and FBX classes in August in blocks of 4 or 10 and the class price is reduced to £3:00 with no Powerhoop hire charge!
Hatton ABC | Boxing for Fitness classes are £5:00 per class with discounts for pre-paying a block of 10 classes, making them £4:50.

The first Thursday FBX class is on Thursday 29th May at the Oldmachar Church, 8:30pm - 9:00pm.
The first Saturday FBX class is on Saturday 31st May at The Country Club, 11:00am - 11:30am.
Your first 4 classes are £2.50 each when you buy a limited offer 'fitness2go' £10 pass.
Subsequent weekly classes will be £4 each or £3.50 with a 'fitness2go' £35 pass.

We have put our business onto a formal and corporate footing and all contractual arrangements will now be undertaken by mgstudio fitness limited, registered in Scotland number SC475953.
Our services are expanding as we identify new programmes to teach and new venues in which to teach them - more on these soon.

Not long now before the first Powerhoop classes go live at local venues - bringing fitness classes to you. Taster sessions are being planned for late September.
Powerhoop Scotland hope to host a Master Class in October/November in an Aberdeen venue, open to the general public and prospective Powerhoop instructors.
