Vortex 01
It is that time again to grab your Barbell, Dumbells, Bench, sweat towel, water bottle and exercise mat for a 55 minute fun-filled class recorded in front of a live audience.
For this session you will need:
-
a barbell with no weights or very light weights to start with
-
a couple of heavier weights to add and remove as you progress with the barbell
-
a bench, not a step, as you will need to lie flat and support your head
-
an exercise mat for floor exercises
-
a sweat towel and water bottle for comfort and hydration.
