Your £15.00 monthly subscription gives you access to all our mgs-digital content.  All we ask is that only the subscriber uses their own log-in details to access the programmes and digital files.

We are happy to provide a 7-day trial period to anyone that wants to try before they buy. Just e-mail us their name and contact details and we will set them up.

The programme links will take you to the advertised programme and the videos should be accessible to the majority of devices currently on the market.

BREAKFAST EGGS

Women 314 kcal

2 eggs

2 slices of wholemeal toast

1½ teaspoons butter

50g light mozzarella, grated

Boil or poach the eggs and top the buttered toast with eggs or serve as toast fingers. Sprinkle the cheese on the eggs and lightly grill until melted (men only). Season with a pinch of black pepper.
